We don't want to be a cost. Our aim is always to be providing value to you as a business and ensuring that the loyalty programme is providing a return on your investment. We charge an implementation fee and then quarterly licence fees for our software with the ability for you to add on extra service packages if you need to. We generally find that customers choose to take these extra services for the first 3-6 months whilst we train up their internal staff to have the confidence and skills to take over the management of the programme. We are happy to talk to your finance department about how you can capex your initial investment in loyalty if this is a requirement.
