Driving Performance Improvement

 The Challenge

  • An Emergency Hydraulic Replacement Franchisor - was looking to engage and motivate their franchise partner network to drive performance improvement

  • The challenge lay in creating a solution to drive regional business partners to increase sales, improve margins and better manage costs and overheads to drive increased profit

 The Solution

  • LoyaltyStream® was used to create a partner incentive campaign to reward top 20% of franchises, measured on various metrics

  • Leaderboards were used to track, communicate and measure partner performance

  • Gamification used to help drive behaviour change, with partners striving to further improve performance versus their peers

 The Results

  • The Year 1 programme delivered an average 18% increase in net revenues

  • Top performing partners, delivered over 50% net revenue increases and margin improvements

  • The programme now in Year 7 and is a key element of the businesses growth strategy and a significant driver of their overall business improvemen

Changing Behaviours Long Term

 The Challenge

  • A wholesaler to the building / plumbing trade – were facing a problem with repeating marketing campaigns that had lost their excitement and were no longer changing behaviours

  • Rewards had even become an expectation and customers were being rewarded without needing to engage and treating them as part of their remuneration.

 The Solution

  • Built on LoyaltyStream®, the loyalty programme targeted their merchant clients

  • The key aim was to help grow sales across the year, motivating interest in out-of season products, building longer term loyalty, and delivering value and benefits that positioned them as business partners.

 The Results

  • The Project team were delighted with the results and described them as “transformational” in terms of sales growth, retention and engagement with members.

  • Overall the programme delivered an increase in sales of 27% which could be directly attributed to at least 43% of customers changing their buying behaviours
