Beginning on April Fool's Day 2009, Stream started as a small venture in a rural Buckinghamshire garage, led by Melanie Parker and Mark Maclure. Originally from the events industry, our aim was to modernise audience engagement with reward and recognition tools. We initially worked with companies like Anglian Home Improvements and Dentsply Sirona on engagement campaigns but gradually shifted our focus to loyalty and its ability to drive action and emotion in audiences, whether internal or external.
Laura Lloyd, who joined early in our journey, sits on the board of directors and leads our client services team. We value professional and personal growth, and focus on building a culture of trust amongst the team. We prioritise continuous development, knowledge sharing, and education both internally and externally.
Our LoyaltyStream® software, empowers B2B companies on their loyalty journey. We understand the complexity of B2B relationships and help digitize them without losing the personal connection. We aim to simplify loyalty programme management for our clients. We believe that true customer trust extends beyond transactions and must connect on an emotional level. A transactional loyalty programme is limited; we aim to understand individuals and connect with them emotionally, whether through values, supportive rewards, or personalised communications.
As we evolve we continue to strive to be the only real choice for B2B loyalty software. We've achieved ISO27001 and 9001 accreditation and are working toward SOC 2 Compliance and Carbon Neutrality. With our passionate team, solid structure, and commitment to pushing loyalty boundaries, we're confident we'll make a real impact for our clients and set our sights on even greater achievements.
