LoyaltyStream® is a configurable best in class loyalty solution that allows you to identify and target behaviour shifts that will have the most financial impact whilst creating better customer experiences. The software is deployed with over 60 loyalty configurations enabling you to personalise campaigns, metrics and rewards to your brand, your audience and your message.

Data templates can be configured to your requirements and provided either as a manual import/update or via an FTP updater.

Each loyalty programme is delivered via a responsive, branded website with an admin layer for you to manage the programme. The platform will be provided with a customised skin styled to match your brand requirements. A custom url can be purchased on your behalf for the programme or alternatively you can use one of our personalised URLs.

Our team will help you configure the platform and give you the training you need to manage the programme ongoing. You account manager will meet with you monthly and hold a quarterly meeting to provide you with a management insights report and recommendations for your programme.
