Expanding the team, clients and knowledge

It’s actually been two months since you last heard from me, how time flies! We were just having too much fun at Stream HQ, well we were at least very busy.

It’s been an incredibly exciting few months here at Stream Loyalty – we are pleased to welcome Charlie McMann to the team as one of our Loyalty Marketing Account Managers. Charlie comes with a wealth of experience and is eager to get his teeth stuck into various projects; from an automotive and agency background, Charlie has some great insights into the trends and dynamics of buying behaviours and has some fab ideas that will no doubt cascade through the team and come your direction soon!

Our research and development has taken us into the world of translation management alongside further gamification development that the team are all really excited about. The proof of concept for the translation management provides an easy way to manage multiple languages through our LoyaltyStream platform – ideal for scaling and expanding into other countries where required. This R&D work is ideally timed as we welcome onboard Milk Bar, a global New Zealand manufacturer of calf, lamb and kid teats. The site will be delivered in multiple languages targeted at both distributors and end-user farmers – it’s a really exciting project and we are looking forward to seeing the project evolve.

We also had confirmation of a great project delivering a gamified web-app sales incentive to motivate branch staff to drive an increase in online sales for another global player. The web-app will provide them with a robust, flexible solution that gives the ability to scale fast and evolve. With a racing theme it’s guaranteed to excite audiences.

Last but by no means least, Stream were thrilled to support Hideaway Cinema at their launch press evening at London’s HAC. A fabulous evening, despite a little drizzle, and an unforgettable experience; from bespoke deck chairs, silent disco headphones, immense pick’n’mix (my ultimate weakness) and gourmet popcorn to celebs and a gorgeous red carpet. Stream are delighted to be a partner of Hideaway Cinema, working alongside them to grow their digital UX as they take on the UK this summer - bringing a unique cinema experience to our much needed social calendars.

It’s wonderful that the sun is now shining down on us and I have more exciting news to share next month – my lips are shut tight for now. I am hoping with all of my might that we will start to be able to meet up with clients, partners and new contacts face-to-face soon and perhaps even enjoy some of this summer over a drink or two.
