As we step into the new financial year, we’re excited to share important updates across the Stream HQ team. This marks a new chapter for our business, with role changes that reflect both the strengths of our people and our continued commitment to growth, partnership and delivering outstanding experiences for our clients. 

 

We’re proud to be building a team that evolves alongside the business, and these changes put us in a strong position for the year ahead. 

Strengthening Sales and Marketing 

Laura – Sales and Marketing Director 

Laura is stepping back from Client Services to focus on Sales and Marketing. Returning to her marketing roots and working closely with Victor, she’ll be playing a key role in driving our sales strategy forward. 

Known for her inquisitive nature, attention to detail and deep product knowledge, Laura brings real energy and insight to the role. Her passion for the brand and understanding of what our clients value will be instrumental as we continue to grow and evolve. 

Deepening Partnerships and Client Services 

Mark – Partnerships and Client Services Director 

With a natural talent for building strong relationships and making a lasting impression, Mark will be concentrating on developing even deeper connections with our existing clients and partners. 

His focus will be on strengthening partnerships across both agency relationships and reward fulfilment partners, ensuring collaboration remains at the heart of everything we do. Mark’s relationship-led approach continues to be a cornerstone of Stream’s client success. 

Expanding Client Management 

Jacob – Client Management 

Recognising Jacob’s strengths in developing and maintaining client relationships, he’ll be taking on a more hands-on role in client management. 

A safe pair of hands, Jacob builds trust quickly and is known for keeping everything running like clockwork. His excellent project management skills ensure our clients receive a consistently smooth, well-organised experience. 

Investing in Product Excellence 

Jessica – Product Owner 

Jess’ dedication, hard work and passion within the product team have truly stood out over the past 12 months and we’re delighted to confirm her promotion to Product Owner. 

Her focus and commitment will help ensure our product continues to develop in ways that add real value for both clients and partners. 

Enhancing Customer Support 

Verity – Customer Support 

Since joining us in September 2025 as a contractor, Verity has brought infectious energy, positivity and, importantly, buckets of patience to our Customer Support team. We’re delighted to now welcome her officially as a permanent Streamie. 

With a background as a Production Manager in the television industry, Verity is no stranger to fast‑paced environments and unexpected challenges - from sourcing a pig for The Jonathan Ross Show at just six hours’ notice to dressing as a skiing nun for the opening episode of The Jump On the Piste – so it’s no surprise she excels at handling customer queries with a calm head, clear communication and an unwavering smile. 

Strengthening Product Quality and Testing 

Pippa – Product Tester 

Our testing team is expanding this month, and we’re delighted to welcome Pippa as our new Product Tester. 

Pippa’s experience running her own business, alongside managing back‑office systems and websites, gives her a practical and highly organised approach that adds real value to our product and testing processes. With a passion for antiques, she’s also worked as an antiques valuer and auctioneer - yes, she actually used a gavel! 

With those auctioneer skills, we’re confident she’ll hold her own in scrum from day one. We’ll try not to ask her to value too many office items… at least not yet. 

Looking Ahead 

Alongside these changes, we’re also pleased to be welcoming another new recruit in the coming weeks, bringing extensive data analysis expertise to the business. In addition, further hires are planned throughout 2026 as we continue to grow and strengthen our support teams. 

It’s an exciting time for Stream, and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead as we continue to build, collaborate and grow together.
