Insights Dashboard 

The software is equipped with a comprehensive suite of analytics tools designed to evaluate the effectiveness of your loyalty programme. These tools are intended to provide programme managers with actionable insights. Additionally, quarterly insight meetings offer a chance to discuss and implement strategic adjustments to enhance ROI. Monitoring can be divided into three main categories and here we take a closer look at the available analytics: 

Each programme features a unique Insights Dashboard, presenting data specific to your programme to help gauge its success. 

  1. Dashboards Overview 

Overview Dashboard: this provides a snapshot of the last 30 days and trends over the past year, including engagement, redemption, and earning rates, along with visualisations of registrations and sales. 

  1. Points and Redemptions: 

The Points Dashboard tracks the monthly accrual of loyalty currency and displays currency expiry charts. It also lists the top 10 campaigns by total earnings throughout the programme’s lifetime. 

The Redemptions Dashboard shows monthly redemption values and lists the most popular redemption items. 

  1. Loyalty Score Analysis 

The Loyalty Score Dashboard offers a unique tool to assess member loyalty progression. Utilising 50 metrics, members are scored daily and categorised into loyalty levels. This segmentation helps tailor campaigns to target specific member groups effectively. 

Each dashboard is structured to not only present critical data but also to guide strategic decision-making to optimise your loyalty programme's returns. 

 
Campaign Dashboards Overview 

Furthermore, each campaign is equipped with its own dedicated dashboard, accessible via the campaigns page. These dashboards are organised into four key sections, each featuring specific tiles to provide insights into different aspects of the campaign's performance: 

  1. Engagement 

Tiles in this section highlight the number of eligible participants, visits to the campaign page, and active participation in the campaign’s requirements. 

  1. Inactivity 

This area focuses on displaying insights about the members who have not participated or met the campaign’s behavioural requirements. 

  1. Earning 

The tiles here provide information on members who have earned rewards, those approaching or achieving their targets, and any relevant spend metrics tied to the campaign. 

  1. Rewards 

This section shows the total value of rewards distributed, and, if applicable, details of any prizes awarded, such as in a prize draw campaign. 

Each tile linked to a member list includes a button that allows you to access a filtered list of members for more detailed analysis.
