As we enter Autumn and the nights begin to draw in we are looking forward to having a full team back together now everyone is back from there summer holidays and feeling refreshed.

We are really excited to have won another award – this time for our development team. Our development team has doubled in size over the last year and have been working on some really exciting projects. We are very proud of everything they have achieved, particularly in what was a difficult year. Their resilience, dedication to perfection and commitment to research and development means that we have been able to bring to life new projects including a spin to win game, a brand new translation feature, a loyalty campaign to award points based on learning to name a few. Congratulations team on winning the 2021 Best Customer Loyalty Software Developer award.
We love our coffee so anything coffee and loyalty related is going to get our interest! Costa Coffee loyalty account holders will be moved onto a new membership scheme from 29 September. The new membership scheme will also replace the existing one for new joiners from the same date. Points or previously earned benefits from existing customers in the changeover to the updated scheme. Any free drink rewards earned by points will be automatically converted to the equivalent value in Beans and current balances will also be transferred.
It is an ever changing landscape in Loyalty, even the biggest player such as Costa find themselves having to shake things up. Our long standing relationship with Dentsply Sirona has seen their loyalty programme go through a number of iterations, the latest recently going live with the UK market moving to the global solution backend by our Loyalty Stream Enterprise layer.
With Christmas fast approaching the account team have been gearing up for some exciting incentives designed to thank employees for their hard work over the past year. Employees that feel valued and appreciated for their contributions are often more engaged at work and more loyal to the business. More generally, employee incentives help to maintain morale and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
