International Women's Day 2023

We wanted to celebrate some of the amazing women we are lucky enough to call our colleagues. With a predominately female leadership team, we are strong on equal gender pay and ensuring women have a voice in the business and the ability to make an impact. Although we are talking about the women in our business today, we are strong on ensuring that whoever you are, you have the ability to have a voice and make an impact.

We also work some with fantastic clients, strong women who have achieved some fantastic things in their careers and personal lives. We decided to interview some of our team to understand more about what their daily life looked like at Stream, what job they wanted to do when they were little and who had had the biggest influence on them during their career.

Stream’s co-founder, Melanie, became the first British woman to become accredited with the CLMP from The Loyalty Academy. Passionate about all things loyalty, Melanie cuts through the technical jargon and gets to the real business issue. Melanie loves to develop engaging digital solutions that appear simple whilst creating long lasting partnerships that add value to all.
