  • Enable direct Support links for members to contact suppliers about their orders 

  • Manage reward options as prizes in gamification modules

Alongside the RewardShop enhancements, Cobalt brings a new Abandoned Basket email feature, automatically re-engaging members who have left items in their reward baskets.
