The Indigo release builds on the continued evolution of LoyaltyStream®, introducing greater flexibility across campaigns, security, content and learning.
Every loyalty programme is different. The behaviours that you want to encourage, the experiences that you want to create and the way in which your members interact with your programme all shape what successful loyalty looks like.
From rewarding members for purchasing combinations of products to introducing more flexible authentication options and creating more engaging digital experiences, our latest enhancements give programme managers more ways to shape their programme around their objectives and their members.
1. Reward More Than Individual Purchases with Product Bundles
Members don't always buy products in isolation, and loyalty campaigns don't need to reward them that way either.
Product Bundles allow programme managers to reward members for purchasing a defined combination of products and quantities. For example, rather than rewarding three individual products separately, a campaign could recognise when a member purchases all three as a bundle and award them accordingly.
This creates more opportunities to use loyalty to influence - and motivate - purchasing behaviour. Programmes could encourage complementary purchases, promote particular product combinations or create incentives around a wider product strategy.
Product Bundles sit alongside existing products and product group options, extending the flexibility already available when building campaigns in LoyaltyStream®.
2. Greater Flexibility Over How Members Log In
Security is an essential part of any loyalty programme, but the right approach will differ depending on the programme and its members.
Our latest enhancement introduces additional authentication options within LoyaltyStream®, including password-less login using a one-time passcode (OTP), two-factor authentication (2FA) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Password-less login can remove the need for members to remember a traditional password, instead using a temporary verification code to access their account. Where additional security is required, programmes can introduce further verification through 2FA or MFA.
This Indigo release also extends reCAPTCHA protection across key member journeys, including Login, Registration and Complete Registration where enabled. Together, these options give programmes greater flexibility to choose an approach that reflects a programme’s security requirements whilst considering the experience that you want to provide for members.
3. Bring Content to Life With the 3D Carousel
Keeping members engaged isn't only about what you communicate; what also matter is how that content is presented.
The 3D Carousel provides a more visual way to showcase content within LoyaltyStream® on desktop views. Rather than displaying cards in a traditional static layout, content can be presented within an interactive carousel, giving the central card greater prominence, whilst still allowing members to see what else is available. This provides programme managers with another option for drawing attention to important content, campaigns and messages, whilst creating a more engaging experience for members. On mobile, the content automatically returns to the standard mobile-friendly layout, helping maintain a consistent and usable experience across different screen sizes.
4. More Possibilities for Learning and Rewarding
The LoyaltyStream® Academy also continues to evolve with this Indigo release, providing greater control over how learning works within a programme and better visibility of member activity.
Expanded reporting gives programme managers more information at both course and user level, including attempts, marks, completion status and certificates. New eligibility options provide greater flexibility over who can participate in learning within an account, while reward settings allow programmes to determine whether successful completion should reward each participating user or the account. The Indigo release also introduces a dedicated Academy card type, making it easier to promote learning content to members and incorporate Academy activity into the wider programme experience.
These capabilities give programmes more opportunities to connect learning, engagement and reward within a single loyalty experience.
5. More Flexibility When Capturing Member Information
Member information can play an important role in creating relevant programme experiences.
With this latest enhancement, segmentation dropdowns can be included within both Registration and My Account, providing greater flexibility over the information that programmes collect from members and how that information can support segmentation. This helps programmes build a better understanding of their audience whilst giving members the ability to supply and maintain relevant information as part of their account.
6. A Platform That Continues to Evolve
This Indigo release brings together functionality designed to give programme managers more flexibility over some of the most important parts of their loyalty programme: how members earn, how they engage, how they learn and how they securely access their account.
Alongside these capabilities, the Indigo release includes a wide range of usability improvements and performance enhancements across LoyaltyStream®, helping simplify day-to-day programme management whilst delivering a smoother experience for members.
