New features in Emerald release include target trackers, dynamic and static campaign account segments and Spin to Win campaign enhancements. These new enhancements provide administrators with powerful tools to customise and optimise their loyalty programmes. Target Trackers 

Members can now monitor their progress towards specific targets set in any target campaign. This feature provides a visual representation of their achievements and remaining efforts, which is a significant motivator for continued participation. 

Enhanced Customisation 

Administrators can now fully personalise the visual appeal of their loyalty programme by setting custom page and row background colours. The addition of banner carousels enables the display of multiple promotional messages or offers in a rotating format, making it easier to capture attention and promote key initiatives.  

Custom Account Segments 

Administrators can create custom account segments using either static imports or dynamic metrics. These segments can be used in campaigns, vouchers, content and communications. This feature supports more precise targeting and personalisation, leading to better engagement rates and more effective campaigns.
