Our team have been making some upgrades to our gamification modules over the last few months so that they are now available as redemption options rather than just within a campaign.
Programme managers now have the ability to create a ‘Card’ or a ‘Wheel’ and either link it to a specific campaign or allow members to redeem a currency for a new card or spin. The benefit of this is that these tools can now be used to engage members in any activity for example as a reward for a referral, as a welcome bonus or just as an overlay option to the programme. For each card or wheel, you can set the odds of winning and add your own rewards. These could be aspirational, money can’t buy items, services that your business can deliver, additional reward currency or products in the reward shop.
This can be a great way to ‘burn’ points or to engage and promote your programme using aspirational or unique rewards.
